Where do I find drivers and firmware upgrades for my Voyager device?

Driver and firmware upgrades can be found using the links in the tables below. The tables also tell you what operating system each product supports and where applicable, compatible methods of connecting the hardware to computers using these operating systems.

Please note that if your Voyager product was supplied by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) that they may choose not to support some operating systems and therefore will not supply compatible drivers. In cases such as these please call your ISP for advice.

* The Voyager 190 is only available through AOL and will only work on their service. Since the Voyager 190 relies on the AOL software to function please call AOL for advice on supported Operating Systems.

* The Voyager 1040 and 1060 will self install and work on Windows Vista without a drivers CD as it is detected as Broadcom device. The BT Voyager helpdesk can not give technical support on this device when used on Window Vista.

The 1065 will self install and work on Windows Vista without a drivers CD as it is detected as Broadcom device. The BT Voyager helpdesk can not give technical support on this device when used with these drivers.
